Install python27 in your computer.

in order to use python in windows command line, must add C:\Python27 to envirnmental variable.

right click computer, properties, advance system ....

edit PATH variable, add C:\Python27 to the end.

download python geobuf lib from github.

use command line, cd to directory with setup.py file.

C:\jh1\python\pygeobuf-master>python setup.py install

will install it.
